"I must admit I did not know where to start with my much-needed decluttering! I was daunted by and nervous about the task but Annabel made it simple and clear from the beginning and soon it was easy to see results. She was sensitive to emotional and family objects and always listened to what I was hoping to achieve from each room or area within it and seeing things accomplished in just a few hours was very rewarding.
She started with reorganising my wardrobes… & I now look forward to choosing an outfit for an occasion rather than leaving many clothes untouched for years!

She is organised and thorough, has a visionary eye for making changes to the room to enhance its use and clearly identify spaces for things, worked together with me and listened to me in a very non-judgmental way, very understanding of the emotional aspect of sorting through personal items. She is calm, very supportive, and a joy to work with, she had good ideas for alternative uses for things; used a really simple system of, ‘keep’, ‘recycle/charity shop’, ‘sell’, and ‘throw-away’, physically helping to load and carry boxes and bags of stuff to recycling depot, shops etc, and also putting some vintage items of clothing on a website for me. Completely re organised my wardrobe so it is a pleasure to use!
Above all, though, as well as being so professional, she is so kind and a truly lovely person to work with. Best 30 hours spent ever!!
